Teen Empowerment

As a Teen Empowerment Coach, I'm Fully committed to helping teenagers with many challenges in life. My strategic program offers 5 powerful ways to help a struggling teen succeed. The program's designed to provide effective ways to:

 1) Create goals (small feasible goals) in all areas of life for a 6-month period. Academic, Social, Family/ relationships and creative outlets. 

 2) Optimize the environment-really dive in there and customize it. Design a workspace with little distractions, keep reminders that are set, and keep a routine that works.

 3) Continuously referring to the timeline in school and keeping everything up to date. 

4) Reflecting on career aspirations and inspirations. We will dive into mindset, getting out of the comfort zone, and getting clear/focused on what he wants to do.

 5) Maintaining motivation through movement, yoga, mediation, and breath work. Creating healthy habits and routine.
